Qurbani (udhiyah) is the sacrifice of a sheep, goat or cow after the Eid prayer, with the meat traditionally shared among the poor, relatives and friends, and the household. Demand for goat and sheep processing peaks around Eid, so book as soon as you know how many animals you need.
Aqiqah
Aqiqah is the sacrifice of a sheep or goat to welcome a newborn, customarily on the seventh day after birth. Call as soon as the baby arrives. Our standard notice is one week, and we will do our best to fit a seventh-day aqiqah in.

Call (254) 329-6292 or send a request. Tell us the species, number of animals and which day you want.
Tell us how to cut it
Whole, halves, quarters or bone-in curry cut for goats and sheep. For a cow shared among up to seven people, fill out one cut sheet per share.
Bring your animals at dawn
Drop-off is 5:30–6:00 a.m. on your appointment day, in a trailer the animals can unload from safely.
Pick up and share
Goats and sheep are usually ready within a few days. We call when your order is packed. Payment is due at pickup.
Group bookings
Booking for your masjid, family or community? Groups are welcome. For more than 6 animals we hold a card on file, and changes or cancellations need 21 days notice. Smaller bookings need 14 days.
The person who books is responsible for the whole bill, so please collect from each family before pickup.
Questions
When should I book Qurbani for Eid 2027?
As early as you can. Eid al-Adha (Bakra Eid) is expected on May 16 or 17, 2027, and demand peaks around Eid. Once your slot is set, give at least 14 days notice for any change (21 days for more than 6 animals).
How much is Qurbani for a goat or sheep?
Processing is $90 per head: a $65 slaughter fee plus $25 rendering. Card payments add 3%.
Can seven families share one cow?
Yes. Book the cow under one name, then give us a separate cut sheet for each share so every family gets its own boxes.
